YoguDiet 2% was awarded once again in an International Contest. YoguDiet was distinguished by the International Taste & Quality Institute, this time in the “capital” of the European Union, Brussels, for its quality and delicious flavor, with the Superior Taste Award.
The iTQi’s “Superior Taste Award”, a stamp of quality in taste!
The “Superior Taste Award” is the only quality label in flavor delivered by opinion makers in the Food & Beverage industry, who are awarded Chef & Flavors.
During tasting, each product is subjected to a “blind” tasting, according to a rigorous organoleptic analysis process.
The judges are asked to evaluate the products as if they were choosing them for their own home and not according to the standards of their restaurants.
Each product is evaluated within an organoleptic analysis where each member of the Commission takes into account criteria such as odor, appearance, taste, aftertaste, texture, etc. Judges also record their comments and, if necessary, make suggestions for improvements.
After the end of tasty ratings, iTQi prepares a detailed chart of scores from the individual organoleptic criteria, summarizes the judges’ comments and suggestions, and puts it in the participating companies.This information is particularly valuable to producers, as they help them to better understand the Jury’s opinion but also to identify potential improvement areas for their products. Taste Award Ceremony was held on Wednesday 14 June in Brussels.
